In February 2011, Pacific Wildcat commissioned a primary processing plant at the Muiane Mine followed by the construction of a secondary processing plant in early 2012.

The Muiane Mine is well located within 30 km of a sealed road that runs to the Port of Nacala via the regional capital Nampula. The Company is currently working on a potential financing option to allow the addition of a spiral circuit at Muiane to allow operations to recommence.
